He still went to jail because he is on probation and isn't suppose to be drinking. It wasn't for controlled substance as originally stated.. One slap for Matt. Yes I agree, that drinking is not allowed in probation but still not satisfied with the decision (Jail). They should think twice before taking any hard decision like this against players.
